Circular Letter No. 4059 — Amends the effective date of Circular Letter No. 3,989 of December 6, 2019, due to the impacts of Covid-19 on the economy

The Head of the Department of Monitoring of the Financial System (Desig), in the exercise of the authority conferred by Article 23, item I, subsection "a", of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 84,287 of February 27, 2015, based on Article 77, item III, of the aforementioned Regulations, and considering the provisions of Resolutions Nos. 4,553 of January 30, 2017, 4,557 of February 23, 2017, and 4,606 of October 19, 2017, and Circular Letter No. 3,742 of January 8, 2015,

RESOLVES:

Article 1. Circular Letter No. 3,989 of December 6, 2019, shall be amended as follows:

"Article 6. This Circular Letter enters into force on October 1, 2020." (NR)

Article 2. This Circular Letter enters into force on the date of its publication.
