Governance and security requirements for supervised entities to perform tasks or activities through telework

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier issued Circular CSSF 21/769, as amended by Circular CSSF 22/804, to establish governance and security standards for supervised entities conducting telework. The regulations mandate that entities implement robust risk management frameworks and specific security measures to protect data and ensure operational continuity when employees work remotely. These requirements apply to all supervised entities in Luxembourg to mitigate the unique risks associated with decentralized work environments.
