Regulations and general guidelines regarding special supervision of financial conglomerates (FFFS 2011:26)

The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority issued these regulations to establish special supervision of financial conglomerates, including internal control procedures and annual reporting requirements. Recent amendments adapt the framework to the new Insurance Business Act and align terminology with the Capital Requirements Regulation while repealing previous directives. The latest changes remove specific reporting obligations for risk concentrations and internal transactions, replacing them with templates defined in a new implementation regulation effective in 2023 and 2025.
