CSSF Regulation No 20-09 Amending Regulation No 20-02 on Third-Country Equivalence for Investment Services

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) issued Regulation No 20-09 to amend its equivalence framework for third-country financial firms. The updated rules modify the supervision and authorization requirements governing non-EU entities that provide investment services or perform ancillary activities in Luxembourg. These revisions ensure that designated third countries meet current supervisory standards while maintaining consistent market access and regulatory oversight.
