تحية طيبة وبعد، أود أن أشير إلى القرارات الصادرة عن البنك المركزي المصري بتاريخ ٣ نوفمبر ٢٠١٦ ً لآليات العرض والطلب، لى الجهود المبذولة لضبطٕ بشأن تحرير سعر الصرف، والتسعير وفقا وا منظومة سعر صرف الجنيه المصري مقابل العملات الأخرى.
وأرجو التفضل بالإحاطة أنه بناء على توجيهات السيد المهندس رئيس مجلس الوزراء يتعين قيام مصرفكم بإخطار البنك المركزي قبل القيام بتدبير عملات أجنبية لأي من الجهات الحكومية (هيئات عامة اقتصادية وشركات قطاع الأعمال العام وشركات القطاع العام) وكذا مقاوليها ومورديها دون حد أدنى.
