Subject: European Investment Bank Loan
In the context of the Palestine Monetary Authority's efforts to enhance funding sources for specialized lending institutions and banks, we are in the process of obtaining a loan from the European Investment Bank in the amount of 400 million euros. The loan aims to provide additional long-term funding sources that can be relied upon to finance small and medium-sized projects and economic activities according to the loan's terms.
Based on the above, you are requested to provide us with your interest in obtaining a share of the aforementioned loan, specifying the agreed-upon share, within a maximum period of one week from its date. Please note that the cost and conditions for utilizing the financing will be provided to you later.
The Palestine Monetary Authority bases its approval of submitted requests on the institution's risk file and the extent to which it meets the Authority's requirements regarding capital and fulfills the contractual requirements for financing.
