CIMA Decision Notice Cancelling Director Registration of Mr. Roland Frederick Kaehler
The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority has cancelled the director registration of Mr. Roland Frederick Kaehler under section 25(2)(a) of the Directors Registration and Licensing Law, 2014. The regulator concluded that Mr. Kaehler contravened statutory requirements and failed to satisfy the fit and proper person criteria for holding a directorship. The cancellation becomes effective on 28 October 2019, formally terminating his authorized status as a registered director in the Cayman Islands.
