Capital Market Authority Board of Directors Decision No. 20 for the Year 2023
The Capital Market Authority issued Decision No. 20 of 2023 to amend the ownership structure provisions for the Futures Contract Exchange Company and its associated Clearing and Settlement Company. Repealing Article Two of Decision No. 201 of 2020, the ruling establishes updated regulatory compliance under the Capital Market Law and related financial instruments legislation.
