Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Paragraph 14 of the “Procedure on Licensing Pawnshop Activities in the Republic of Armenia” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 32-N, dated February 3, 2017; Whereas on February 19, 2025 “Roland and MG”, a Limited Liability Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia in connection with the need to operate the storage area designed for bulk items at the address: Gambling hall, 1st street #106/2, village Zovuni, Nairi Community, Kotayq Region, Republic of Armenia; the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
