Capital Markets Authority Decision No. 32: List of Duly Registered Financial Intermediaries

The Capital Markets Authority of Lebanon, through Decision No. 32 dated June 21, 2019, officially publishes the annual registry of duly registered financial intermediation institutions. Enacted under Laws No. 234 (2000) and No. 161 (2011), the decree formally recognizes licensed entities including Julius Baer (Lebanon) SAL, Beirut Brokerage Corporation, and HSBC Financial Services (Lebanon) SAL. The published list is disseminated through the Official Gazette and communicated as required to maintain regulatory compliance and market transparency.

CAPITAL MARKETS AUTHORITY DECISION NO. 32 LIST OF FINANCIAL INTERMEDIATION INSTITUTIONS The Chairman of the Capital Markets Authority, Pursuant to Law No. 234 dated 10/06/2000 in particular Article 6 thereof, Pursuant to Law No. 161 dated 17/08/2011, Declares as follows: Article 1: The duly registered list of Financial Intermediation Institutions shall be published as follows: 1- Julius Baer (Lebanon) SAL 2- 3- 4- 5- Arab International Development & Investment CO.
