Circular No. 92 Launch of the Messaging Gateway with the Palestine Monetary Authority
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 92 on October 13, 2024, to launch a new messaging gateway for official communications. Financial institutions are required to access the PMA Portal using their assigned credentials to submit reports and receive directives. This system replaces previous communication channels to ensure standardized and secure regulatory interaction.

Access to the PMA Portal All licensed financial institutions are required to access the PMA Portal at the following link: https://dmsgw.pma.ps/PMA Portal/Login.aspx

User Credentials Each institution has been assigned a specific username and password (example@your domain) for access purposes.

Mandatory Use of the Gateway Effective from 8 October 2024, all official correspondence, reports, and communications between the Palestine Monetary Authority and licensed financial institutions must be conducted exclusively through the new messaging gateway. Previous methods of communication are hereby discontinued. Institutions are reminded to ensure their staff are trained on the new system to avoid any disruption in regulatory compliance.
