The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines regarding the specification of high-risk exposure types. These guidelines, which are annexed to the notice, mandate that institutions under ACPR supervision take all necessary measures to adhere to the specified high-risk exposure criteria. The requirements became applicable on July 1, 2019, in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.
NOTICE Implementation of the European Banking Authority guidelines on the specification of types of exposures to be considered as presenting a high risk (EBA/GL/2019/01) The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared compliance with the guidelines of the European Banking Authority (EBA/GL/2019/01) specifying the types of exposures to be considered as presenting a high risk. These guidelines are annexed to this notice. These guidelines are applicable as of July 1, 2019, by institutions subject to ACPR supervision, which must do everything possible to comply with them, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing the European Banking Authority.
