Introduction
As part of the process of identifying and assessing risks, it was decided to amend the Reporting
to Banking Supervision Directive no. 825.
The Revisions to the Directive
Directive no. 825—Semiannual Report on Exposure to Compliance Risk
The new directive amends the required reporting, as detailed in the Directive.
Effective date
This Directive shall go into effect on January 1, 2020
As a one-off provision, a report is not to be submitted for December 31, 2019.
