CMF Alerts and Reports 13 Unregulated Credit Apps for Extortion and Usury

The Chilean Financial Market Commission (CMF) has filed a criminal complaint against 13 unregulated mobile applications offering loans through extortionate and usurious collection practices. These apps, available on Google Play and various web portals, include titles such as APP MICRO DINERO and APP MONI AMIGO. The regulator urges the public to verify the regulatory status of financial service providers via its Fraud Alert website to ensure consumer protection.

CMF alerts and reports for alleged crimes of extortion and usury against 13 applications that offer credits They can be downloaded on Google Play and through web portals. June 12, 2026.- The Financial Market Commission (CMF) alerts users and the general public about 13 applications not regulated by the CMF that offer credits and that use extortionate techniques for their collection, which also show signs of usurious charges. The CMF filed a criminal complaint with the Public Ministry against those who are found responsible for said Applications. These applications, which can be downloaded on Google Play and through web portals, are the following: 1- “APP MICRO DINERO” 2- “APP MONI AMIGO – LOANS” 3- “APP LUCRA PLATA – LEADER LOANS” 4- “APP BONO MONEY” 5- “APP FINZA – CREDIT LOAN” 6- “APP TACNA CASH” 7- “APP DINERO FÁCIL” 8- “APP SOLUCIÓN FACIL PRO” 9- “APP CASH ALTIRO – MOBILE CREDIT” 10- “APP MITRI PLATA – SECURE LOANS” 11- “APP SOLPRESTA CL – FAST LOANS” 12- “APP RÁPIDO PRÉSTAMO – LOANS CHILE” 13- “APP CUOTA SMART” The CMF recalls that, on its Fraud Alert website, people can verify if a company or person offering financial products or services is supervised by the CMF, review the alerts issued by the CMF and other foreign regulators on unregulated entities or activities, and other important advice for the protection of investors, insured persons, and financial clients.
