Micro Business Companies (Amendment of Schedule 1) Order, 2018
The Cabinet of the Virgin Islands issued this Order to amend Schedule 1 of the Micro Business Companies Act, 2017. The amendment replaces the number "140" with "100" in column 3 of Part I for sections 5(1) and 113(2). This change was made on the advice of the Financial Services Commission pursuant to section 124(1) of the Act.

2 VIRGIN ISLANDS STATUTORY INSTRUMENT 2018 NO. 24 MICRO BUSINESS COMPANIES ACT, 2017 (No. 26 of 2017) Micro Business Companies (Amendment of Schedule 1) Order, 2018 [Gazetted 4 th June, 2018] The Cabinet, on the advice of the Financial Services Commission and, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 124(1) of the Micro Business Companies Act, 2017 (No. 26 of 2017), makes the following Order:
- This Order may be cited as the Micro Business Companies (Amendment of Schedule 1) Order, 2018.
- Schedule 1 of the Micro Business Companies Act, 2017 is amended in Part I (a) in column 3 in relation to section 5(1), by replacing the words “140” with the words “100”; and (b) in column 3 in relation to section 113(2), by replacing the words “140” with the words “100”.
