Press Releases A - A + Accessibility of Citizen Receptions Held in Nakhchivan by the Central Bank is Increased June 3, 2026: In order to improve the quality of services provided to citizens and increase accessibility, the Central Bank is undertaking appropriate measures to expand the scope of citizen receptions. Specifically, starting from June 8, 2026, citizen receptions will also be conducted by the Central Bank at the “ASAN Service” center located in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (Address: Nakhchivan city, Seyid Cəfər Pishavari, 7). This approach aims to increase accessibility for citizens and reduce time loss during the reception process. It should be noted that since February of this year, citizen receptions by the Central Bank have been conducted at the ASAN-2 (Address: Baku city, 8 November Avenue, 23) and ASAN-5 (Address: Baku city, Heydar Aliyev Avenue, 115) centers. In addition to Baku city, citizen receptions are also being conducted in the regions. For this purpose, citizen reception rooms are operating at the Central Bank’s regional offices located at H. Aliyev Avenue 82 in Yevlakh city and H. Aliyev Street 2B in Bilasuvar city. At the same time, mobile receptions are organized by the Central Bank throughout the year in various districts and cities of the republic.
