International Corporate Service Providers (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations, 2022
The Minister of Finance, National Planning and Trade enacted Statutory Instrument 39 of 2022 to amend Schedule 1 of the International Corporate Service Providers Act, 2003. This amendment specifically repeals Item 1(e) and Item 2 within the existing schedule to update statutory classifications. - These Regulations may be cited as the International Corporate Service Providers (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations, 2022 and shall be st deemed to have come into operation on the 1 January, 2022. Amendment of Schedule 1
