ON GRANTING A PAWNSHOP ACTIVITY LICENSE TO “CREDEX” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and Point "p" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Parts 4 and 6 of Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Pawnshops and Pawnshop Activity”, Point 4 of the “Procedure for Licensing of Pawnshop Activity in the Republic of Armenia” approved by Resolution No. 32-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 3 February 2017,
Taking into account that “CREDEX” Limited Liability Company submitted an application and attached documents to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 3 October 2025, 14 October 2025, 17 October 2025, and 24 October 2025 to obtain a pawnshop activity license,
Based on the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 49 dated 5 November 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:
R E S O L V E S:
To grant a pawnshop activity license to “CREDEX” Limited Liability Company at the addresses: 1 Artsakh St., Bldg. 1, Premise 120, Erebuni, Yerevan, RA (small-scale) and 1 Arin-Berd St., 3rd Lane, Erebuni, Yerevan, RA (area for storage of large-scale items), after the payment of the state duty to the state budget in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and the submission of the document certifying the payment to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following the date of its entry into “CREDEX” Limited Liability Company or the date of its handover to the person authorized by “CREDEX” Limited Liability Company in the prescribed manner.
