Regulation on the Form, Content and Submission of Prudential Reports by Banks and Foreign Bank Branches
The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan issued Resolution № 07/1 to standardize the form, content, and electronic submission of monthly prudential reports for banks and local branches of foreign banks. The regulation mandates that reports be prepared as of the last business day each month, presented in thousands of manats with strict rounding and zero-display rules, and submitted electronically by the fifth business day following approval via strengthened electronic signature. Banks must implement internal verification procedures to ensure mathematical accuracy, table consistency, and alignment with prior reporting periods before submission.
