FSCA Communication 1 of 2019 Request for Information from Identified Financial Institutions
The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) has issued a formal request for specified identity and registration data from identified licensed financial institutions to support its Integrated Regulatory System. Recipients must complete and return the provided Excel-based Request for Information template by 30 September 2019 via email or physical delivery. Failure to submit the required information within the statutory timeframe constitutes a regulatory offence, exposing non-compliant entities to daily fines of up to R1,000.
