CMA Amendment of Time Limits for Regulations and Implementing Announcements
The Capital Markets Authority of Lebanon extends all statutory deadlines across its regulations, announcements, and decisions to June 30, 2020. This extension applies to any deadlines originally scheduled prior to that date, ensuring continued compliance for market participants. The amended time limits take effect immediately upon publication in the Official Gazette.
CAPITAL MARKETS AUTHORITY Announcement No. 63 On the amendment of the time limits provided for in the CMA regulations, decisions and announcements Pursuant to Law No. 161 dated 17/08/2011 on Capital Markets, Pursuant to the decision of the Board of the Capital Markets Authority No. 28/18/19 adopted in its meeting held on 12/11/2019, We advise you of the following: First: All the deadlines provided for in the regulations, announcements, regulatory and individual decisions issued by the Capital Markets Authority shall be extended to 30/06/2020 if due prior to that date. Second: This announcement shall enter in force upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
