CSSF Circular 22/813 on MAR Guidelines for Delaying Inside Information Disclosure and Prudential Supervision Interactions

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier issued Circular 22/813 to implement ESMA guidelines regarding the delay in disclosing inside information and interactions with prudential supervision. This circular repeals the previous Circular 16/646 and establishes the regulatory framework for applying Article 17(4) of the Market Abuse Regulation.
