The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier issued Circular 22/813 to implement ESMA guidelines regarding the delay in disclosing inside information and interactions with prudential supervision. This circular repeals the previous Circular 16/646 and establishes the regulatory framework for applying Article 17(4) of the Market Abuse Regulation. It provides specific instructions for market operators and issuers on managing confidential information and coordinating with supervisory authorities.
