This authorization permits the branch to conduct relevant foreign currency purchase and sale operations at its location in village Verin Ptghni, Kotayk region. The resolution entered into force immediately upon its adoption following the positive conclusion of the Licensing and Regulation Committee.

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“p”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 9 of Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations” as approved under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution No 138-N, dated May 15, 2007; Whereas on December 20, 2024 “Alexars” LLC applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia for a request to seek an exchange office branch license; In view of the conclusion (Minutes No. 1, January 8, 2025) issued by the Licensing and Regulation Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Grant a foreign exchange trades license to the Branch Office No. 2 of “Alexars”, a Limited Liability Company, for carrying out the relevant activities at the address: village Verin Ptghni, 2/1, Abovyan community, Kotayk region, Republic of Armenia).
This resolution to enter into force upon its adoption.
