Modifying the License No. ՆԸ 0008 Granted to “AlfaSecurities”, a Limited Liability Company, for Provision of Investment Services

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 221 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, and Paragraph 124 of Regulation 4/01 “Registration and Licensing of Investment Companies; Registration of Branches and Representative Offices of Investment Companies and Foreign Investment Companies; Procedure for Obtaining Preliminary Consent for Qualifying Holding in Statutory Capital of Investment Companies; Procedure, Method and Timeframe for Presenting the Business Plan by Investment Companies; and Notice of Provision of Investment Services by Banks” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 16N, dated January 15, 2008; In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 17, dated April 16, 2025); Considering the letters of request, along with relevant documentation and deliverables, submitted by “AlfaSecurities”, a Limited Liability Company, on April 1, 2025 and on April 11, 2025, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

E n a c t s:

Modify the License No. ՆԸ 0008 granted to “AlfaSecurities”, a Limited Liability Company, for provision of investment services, in connection with a changed brand name (new brand name: “VILCO”, a Limited Liability Company).

This resolution to enter into force upon its adoption.
