Circular 105-2 – To Financial Institutions
The Bank of the Republic of Haiti mandates all financial institutions to transmit comprehensive credit and returned check data to the Credit Information Bureau (BIC) by the 10th of each month. Institutions must obtain explicit borrower consent for data sharing, consult credit reports for risk assessment, and adhere to strict technical and data formatting specifications.
