Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 24 (4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”, and Paragraph 16 of Regulation 10/11 “Terms and Conditions for Registration of Investment Fund (Fund Rules), Granting Preliminary Permission to Sell Securities of Foreign Investment Fund in the Republic of Armenia” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 117 N, dated May 2, 2011; Whereas on April 14, 2025 “C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia”, a Limited Liability Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to register the rules, newly edited and approved, of the Fixed Income Pension Fund of “C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia” Limited Liability Company; of the Conservative Pension Fund of “C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia” Limited Liability Company; and of the Balanced Pension Fund of “C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia” Limited Liability Company; and I n view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 19, dated April 23, 2025); the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Register the Rules, newly edited and approved, of the Conservative Pension Fund of “C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia” Limited Liability Company.
Register the Rules, newly edited and approved, of the Balanced Pension Fund of “C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia” Limited Liability Company.
This resolution to enter into force upon being registered with “C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia” Limited Liability Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia” Limited Liability Company.
