Capital Markets Authority Announcement No. 9 Amending Announcement No. 2 of March 31, 2014
The Capital Markets Authority of Lebanon issued Announcement No. 9 to amend its March 31, 2014 capital markets regulation by replacing the commission and fees schedule in Lebanese Pounds. The directive cancels the original Annex (1) table and substitutes it with a newly attached version to standardize fee calculations. Approved by the Authority’s Board on January 26, 2015, this amendment immediately updates the applicable fee structure for all regulated market participants.
CAPITAL MARKETS AUTHORITY Announcement No. 9 On the Amendment of Announcement no. 2 of March 31, 2014 Pursuant to Law 161 of August 17, 2011 on Capital Markets, And pursuant to the Decision of the Capital Markets Authority’s Board, taken in its meeting of 26/1/ 2015, Please be informed of the following: First: the Announcement no. 2 of March 31, 2014 has been amended by cancelling the table of Annex (1) on the Commission and Fees in Lebanese Pounds, and replacing it with the table attached.
