Communications - Decree Law 237/2016 - Urgent Provisions for the Protection of Savings in the Credit Sector. Publication of Uniform Application Models
The Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, in compliance with Article 7, paragraph 2 of Decree Law 237/2016, publishes the uniform application models and their compilation instructions. These standardized forms are mandatory for Italian banks to request state guarantees under Articles 7 and 10 of the cited Decree. The applications must be submitted to the Bank of Italy and the Treasury Department.
COMMUNICATION SUBJECT: Decree Law 237/2016 - Urgent Provisions for the Protection of Savings in the Credit Sector. In compliance with the provisions of Article 7, paragraph 2 of Decree Law 237/2016, the uniform application models – and their respective compilation instructions – are published. These are the forms that Italian banks must use to submit requests for admission to the State guarantee provided for in Articles 7 and 10 of the aforementioned Decree to the Bank of Italy and the Treasury Department.
