Regarding the Registration of the Government Insurance Fund for the Care of Egyptian School Students

in the Register of Government Insurance Funds at the Authority

Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Authority

Having reviewed the Insurance Supervision and Control Law in Egypt issued by Law No. 10 of 1981 and its executive regulations,
and Law No. 10 of 2009 regulating supervision over non-banking financial markets and instruments,
and Prime Minister's Council Decision No. (1583) of 2019 establishing the Government Insurance Fund for the Care of Egyptian School Students,
and the application submitted by the Fund regarding its registration in the Register of Government Insurance Funds at the Authority,
and the memorandum prepared by the Central Administration for Company Establishment and Licensing on this matter,

Has Decided:

Article One:

The Government Insurance Fund for the Care of Egyptian School Students is registered in the Register of Government Insurance Funds at the Authority under number (5), in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 10 of 1981 regarding Insurance Supervision and Control in Egypt.

Article Two:

This Decision shall be published in the Egyptian Gazette, on the Authority's website, and the competent authorities are tasked with its implementation.
