NOTICE OF PUBLIC OFFERING OF DIGITAL ASSETS NOTICE
Leasing Atlántida, S.A., in its capacity as issuer of digital assets, informs the general public that on Friday, September 12, at 4:00 p.m., it will launch the public offering of its debt token “ALDT001.” This digital asset aims to provide investors with the opportunity to participate in the funding, through debt, of financial leasing operations, both movable and/or real estate, with a focus on sustainability, economic development, and high social impact. The public offering has been duly approved by the National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD), under registry entry AD-00016.
