Directive on Payments to the Securities and Exchange Commission, Ghana
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Ghana requires all licensing, renewal, and operator levy payments to be deposited directly into its Ecobank account effective 8 April 2020. Market operators must forward payment advice to financecapital@sec.gov.gh and copy the relevant departmental email addresses according to their regulatory classification. Enacted under the Securities Industry Act of 2016, this directive digitizes fee collection to streamline operations and safeguard market integrity.
