The Governor of the Central Bank of Tunisia, In view of the Commercial Code, as amended and supplemented by subsequent texts, particularly Article 410-ter, In view of Law No. 2016-35 of April 25, 2016, establishing the status of the Central Bank of Tunisia, In view of Law No. 2016-48 of July 11, 2016, on banks and financial institutions, In view of Central Bank of Tunisia Circular No. 2024-14 of November 21, 2024, on bank obligations regarding cheque transactions, In view of Central Bank of Tunisia Circular No. 2025-03 of January 31, 2025, on the operating conditions of the Single Electronic Cheque Platform, In view of Central Bank of Tunisia Circular No. 2025-04 of February 3, 2025, on the list of institutions affiliated with the Single Electronic Cheque Platform, as supplemented by Circular No. 2025-09 of August 6, 2025, In view of the opinion of the Compliance Control Committee No. 2026-5 of April 15, 2026, as provided for in Article 42 of Law No. 2016-35 of April 25, 2016, establishing the status of the Central Bank of Tunisia.
Decides: Article 1: The list of institutions affiliated with the Single Electronic Cheque Platform is updated in accordance with the annex to this circular. This list is available on the website of the Central Bank of Tunisia.
Article 2: This circular takes effect from the date of its publication and repeals all prior contrary provisions.
