Iraq Securities Commission Board Decision on Listing Shares on OTC Platform
The Iraq Securities Commission Board decided on January 30, 2024, to list the shares of Al-Zaeem for Exchange as a private joint-stock company on the Over-The-Counter (OTC) platform for unlisted companies. The Board also decided to list the shares of Al-Karmel for Intermediation in Buying and Selling Securities, a private joint-stock company, on the same OTC platform. These decisions authorize the inclusion of both entities' shares in the Iraqi Securities Market's unlisted company segment.
