EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO BE ENGAGED AS A CONSULTANT ON MOBILE PAYMENTS Central Bank of Nigeria wishes to engage a small or medium sized firm as Consultants on Mobile Payments Scheme Operation in the country.
Interested firm must possess the following: An in-depth understanding of Mobile Payments Scheme in Nigeria.
o o Sufficient skill in the application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as a tool for the deployment of Mobile Payments.
Competence in evaluating Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Process, o System & Database Evaluation, Enterprise Wide Risk Management System, etc.

Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission .
Evidence of payment of tax for the last three (3) years as and when due.

Comprehensive company profile including registered address, functional contact email address, GSM phone number(s), facsimile number(s).
Verifiable evidence of successful execution of related assignments in the recent o past.
