Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and point "p" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Point 9 of the Annex approved by Resolution No. 138-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 May 2007 “On Approving Regulation 10 'On Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Exchange Purchase and Sale Operations'”; Taking into account that “REZON” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 5 September 2025 and 10 September 2025 regarding the mediation to obtain a license for foreign exchange purchase and sale; Based on the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 43 dated 1 October 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:

R E S O L V E S:

1. To grant a license for foreign exchange purchase and sale to “REZON” Limited Liability Company for conducting activities at the address: 1/1 Shirak St., Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.
2. This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “REZON” Limited Liability Company or its delivery to the person authorized by “REZON” Limited Liability Company in accordance with the established procedure.
