Bank of Zambia Circular 13/2015: Appointment of Deputy Registrar
The Bank of Zambia appointed Dr. Emmanuel Pamu Mulenga as the new Deputy Registrar of Banks, Financial Institutions and Financial Businesses effective August 14, 2015. This administrative change replaces Mr. Peter Banda and formally notifies commercial bank, financial institution, and financial business executives of the updated regulatory leadership. The circular ensures uninterrupted supervisory oversight under the Deputy Governor’s Operations office while maintaining existing compliance reporting channels.
