Iraq Securities Commission Board Decisions on 15/1/2024 Regarding Share Listings
The Iraq Securities Commission Board decided on January 15, 2024, to resume trading shares of the Iraqi Company for Transporting Petroleum Products on the Unlisted Companies platform upon fulfillment of its obligations to the Iraq Stock Exchange. The Board approved the listing of Al-Sowa Exchange shares on the OTC platform, contingent upon the submission of the final General Assembly meeting minutes certified by the Companies Registration Department. Additionally, the Board authorized the listing of Al-Rabieh Shares for Intermediation in Buying and Selling Securities (Private Joint Stock) on the OTC platform.
