The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) mandates that all finance companies operating in the Kingdom publish their audited annual and quarterly financial statements, auditor’s report, and board of directors’ report on their official electronic websites. These disclosures must be completed within ten working days following the expiration of the statutory submission deadline, in accordance with Articles 72 and 73 of the Finance Companies Supervision Law Executive Regulations. The directive applies to all domestic finance companies and explicitly includes the Saudi Company for Re-financing, ensuring standardized public transparency and regulatory compliance.

Subject: Publication of the audited annual and quarterly financial statements of finance companies, the auditor's report, and the board of directors' report.
With reference to Articles 72 and 73 of the Executive Regulations of the Finance Companies Supervision Law, and to SAMA's circular No. 5766…371 dated 07/05/1437H regarding the submission of quarterly risk reports and audited annual and quarterly financial statements by finance companies.
The Bank confirms that finance companies must publish the aforementioned reports and financial statements on their electronic websites within (10) ten working days from the date of expiry of the prescribed submission deadline.
