Decision on Placing into Circulation 1-Dinar, 2-Dinar and 5-Dinar Coins
The Governor of the National Bank of Serbia issued this decision to authorize the circulation of 1-dinar, 2-dinar, and 5-dinar coins bearing the 2016 year of issue. These coins must adhere to the principal features and specifications established in the Decision on the Issue and Principal Features of 1-Dinar, 2-Dinar and 5-Dinar Coins from 2013. The regulation was signed on 8 September 2016 and became effective on 19 September 2016 upon publication in the RS Official Gazette.
RS Official Gazette, No 76/2016 Based on Article 18, paragraph 1, item 3) and Article 55, paragraph 3 of the Law on the National Bank of Serbia (RS Official Gazette, Nos 72/2003, 55/2004 85/2005 – other law, 44/2010, 76/2012, 106/2012, 14/2015 and 40/2015 – CC decision), the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia hereby issues D E C I S I O N ОN PLACING INTO CIRCULATION 1-DINAR, 2-DINAR AND 5-DINAR COINS
- On 19 September 2016, the National Bank of Serbia shall place in circulation 1-dinar, 2-dinar and 5-dinar coins with ''2016'' as the year of issue and features as specified in the Decision on the Issue and Principal Features of 1-Dinar, 2-Dinar and 5-Dinar Coins (RS Official Gazette, No 56/2013).
