Decision on the Central Registry of Transaction Accounts and Deposits and Safe Deposit Boxes

[unofficially consolidated translation] DECISION ON THE CENTRAL REGISTRY OF TRANSACTION ACCOUNTS AND DEPOSITS AND SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES (OGM 078/24 of 7 August 2024, 065/26 of 15 May 2026) Basic provision Article 1 This Decision regulates the content of the Central Registry of Transaction Accounts and Deposits and Safe Deposit Boxes (hereinafter: the Central Registry), as a uniform information database on transaction accounts for executing national and international payment transactions, demand deposits and term deposits, and leased safe deposit boxes with credit institutions and branches of foreign credit institutions (hereinafter: credit institutions), data to be submitted for the purpose thereof, the manner of the submission of data and the manner of having an insight in data from such registry. Data entered into the Central Registry Article 2 The following data shall be entered into the Central Registry:

1. on transaction accounts;
2. on demand deposits and term deposits, and
3. leased safe deposit boxes. Data referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall be kept for legal persons, entrepreneurs and natural persons - residents in line with regulation of the Central Bank of Montenegro (hereinafter: the Central Bank) regulating detailed conditions and the manner of opening and closing of transaction accounts. Data on transaction accounts Article 3 The following data shall be entered into the Central Registry:

1. The number of transaction account of a legal person, an entrepreneur or a natural person - resident or a transaction account of a legal person or a natural person - non-resident (up to 22 characters): The number of transaction account of a legal person, an entrepreneur or a natural person - resident or a transaction account of a legal person or a natural person - non-resident for executing national payment transactions (18 characters) or for executing international payment transactions (22 characters), which is

determined in accordance with the regulation governing the structure of transaction accounts for executing those payment transactions. 2. Name of a legal person, entrepreneur or name and surname of a natural person (up to 105 characters): For resident, the name of a legal person or an entrepreneur shall be entered from the administrative decision on registration into the Central Registry of Business Undertakings (hereinafter: the CRPS) or from a document on registration with another competent authority, or name and last name of a natural person from the personal identity document or a passport. For non-resident, the name of a legal person shall be entered from the excerpt from the registry in which it is entered, or, if it is established in a country where the entry is not made in such a registry, from another valid document of incorporation, in accordance with the regulations of the country of the head office, or, for natural person, the name and last name of that person from the passport or other appropriate personal identity document containing a photo (hereinafter: appropriate personal identity document). 3. Abbreviated name of a legal person or an entrepreneur - resident or abbreviated name of a legal person - non-resident (up to 35 characters): For resident, the abbreviated name of a legal person or an entrepreneur shall be entered from the administrative decision on registration into the CRPS or from a document on registration with another competent authority. For non-resident, where applicable, the abbreviated name of a legal person from the excerpt from the registry in which it is registered or from other valid document of incorporation. 4. Local self-government unit (hereinafter: the municipality) in which the head office of a legal person or an entrepreneur - resident is located (3 characters): The municipality code shall be entered from the Codebook of municipalities and territory of Montenegro determined by the competent authority. 5. A place where the head office of a legal person or an entrepreneur, or habitual residence of a natural person - resident is located or a place and the state where the head office of a legal person or habitual residence of a natural person - non￾resident is located (up to 35 characters): For resident, the name of a place in Montenegro where the head office of a legal person or an entrepreneur is located, or the habitual residence of a natural person shall be entered. For non-resident, the name of a place and the state of the head office of a legal person, or the name of the state of habitual residence of a natural person shall be entered. 6. Designation of the country of the head office of the legal person or entrepreneur, i.e., the habitual residence of the natural person who owns the account (up to two characters): Country code (two alphabetic characters) which represents a unique identification sign, defined by the ISO 3166-1 standard shall be entered.

7. Head office and address of a legal person or entrepreneur, i.e. Habitual residence and address of a natural person (up to 150 characters): For residents, address of the head office of a legal person or an entrepreneur, or address of habitual residence of a natural person shall be entered. For non-residents, head office and address of a legal person, or address of habitual residence and address of a natural person and temporary residence and address of a natural person in Montenegro shall be entered, where applicable.
8. Code of the transaction account holder (1 character): The following shall be entered: − “0” for legal person - resident; − “1” for entrepreneur - resident; − “2” for joint account; − “3” for natural person - resident; − “4” for legal person - non-resident; − “5” for natural person - non-resident;
9. The registration number of a legal person, the registration number or unique master number of an entrepreneur or unique master number of a natural person - resident, or identification number of a legal person or a natural person - non￾resident shall be entered (up to 20 characters): For resident, the registration number of a legal person which, as a rule, corresponds to tax identification number, the registration number or a unique master number of an entrepreneur or a unique master number of a natural person shall be entered as follows: for unique master number of a legal person - eight numeric characters, for registration number or unique master number of an entrepreneur - eight or 13 numeric characters, and for unique master number of a natural person - 13 numeric characters. For non-resident legal person, the number from the excerpt from the registry in which it is registered or the number from other valid document of incorporation shall be entered, and for non-resident natural person, passport identification number or the number from other appropriate personal identity document of a natural person - non-resident shall be entered. 10.Type and number of the valid personal identity document for natural persons:

• code “1” – personal identity card or other appropriate personal identity document of the resident;
• code “2” - passport of the resident;
• code "3" – personal identity card or other appropriate personal identity document of the non-resident;
• code “4” - passport of the non-resident; The number, or the alphanumeric code from the personal identity document shall be entered. 11.Country of issuance of valid personal identity document of the natural person (up to two characters):

Country code (two alphabetic characters) which represents a unique identification sign, defined by the ISO 3166-1 standard shall be entered. 12.Business activity of a legal person or entrepreneur - resident, or business activity

• scope of operations of a legal person - non-resident (up to 35 characters): For resident, activity code from the notification of a competent authority shall be entered. For non-resident, the business activity - scope of operations from the excerpt from the registry in which it is registered or from other valid document of incorporation shall be entered. 13.Tax identification number (TIN) of a legal person or an entrepreneur – resident, or tax identification number (TIN) of a legal person - non-resident: For resident, tax identification number (TIN) of a legal person or an entrepreneur shall be entered as follows: for legal person - eight numeric characters, and for entrepreneurs - eight or 13 numeric characters, For non-resident, where applicable, tax identification number (TIN) of a legal person shall be entered - eight numeric characters. 14.Date of change (10 characters): Date of change of data with regard to the transaction account shall be entered as follows, In the first two places a day is entered, the next two places serve for the month, and the last four places for the year with the obligatory dots after each of the day and the month (in the format DD.MM.YYYY). 15.Status of the transaction account (1 character) The following shall be entered: -“0” for active account; -“1” for the account being frozen for crediting, -“2” for the account being frozen for debiting; -“3” for the account being frozen for the enforced collection purposes; -“4” for cancelled account; -“5” for the prohibition of disposing of funds; -“8” for temporarily inactive account.

16. Type of change (1 character): The following shall be entered:

• “0” for new transaction account; -“1” for account undergoing change of data; -“9” for cancelled transaction account.

17. Transaction account activity (1 character): The following shall be entered:

• “0” for the account subject to enforced collection;
• “2” for the account excluded from enforced collection. 18.The number of a framework contract on payment services (up to 35 characters):

The number of a framework contract on transaction account opening shall be entered. 19.The number of a framework contract on payment services (up to 35 characters): The number of a framework contract on transaction account opening shall be entered here. In the first two places a day is entered, the next two places serve for the month, and the last four places for the year with the obligatory dots after each of the day and the month (in the format DD.MM.YYYY). 20.Name and surname of the natural person authorised to dispose of funds at the transaction account (up to 105 characters): For a natural person - resident, the name and surname of that person from the personal identity card, passport or other appropriate identity document. For a natural person - non-resident, the name and surname of that person from the personal identity card, passport or other appropriate personal identity document. 21.The unique master number of a natural person - resident, or the identification number from the personal identity card, passport or other appropriate personal identity document of a natural person - non-resident authorised to dispose of funds on the transaction account (up to 20 characters). 22.Type and number of the valid personal identity document for natural persons:

• code “1” – personal identity card or other appropriate personal identity document of the resident;
• code “2” - passport of the resident;
• code "3" – personal identity card or other appropriate personal identity document of the non-resident;
• code “4” - passport of the non-resident; The number, or the alphanumeric code from the personal identity document shall be entered. 23.Country of issuance of a valid identity document of a natural person authorised to dispose of funds on a transaction account for the execution of national and international payment transactions (up to two alphabetic characters): Country code (two alphabetic characters) which represents a unique identification sign, defined by the ISO 3166-1 standard shall be entered.

24. Habitual residence and address of a natural person (up to 150 characters): For residents, habitual residence and address of the natural person shall be entered, For non-residents, address of habitual residence and address of a natural person and temporary residence and address of a natural person in Montenegro shall be entered, where applicable. By way of derogation from paragraph 1 of this Article, in case of joint account:

• information only for a person that is first signatory at the application for joint account opening shall be entered under items 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 9;

• registration numbers or unique master numbers or identification numbers and tax numbers of all holders of joint account shall be entered under items 8 and 10 (up to 139 characters). Information on deposits Article 4 The following data on demand and term deposits shall be entered into the Central Registry:

1. The number of the contract on cash deposit (up to 18 characters): Information on the number of the contract on cash deposit shall be entered.

2. Name of a legal person or an entrepreneur or name and last name of a natural person - resident or full name of a legal person or name and last name of natural person - non-resident who is deposit holder (up to 105 characters): For resident, the name of a legal person or an entrepreneur shall be entered from the administrative decision on registration into the Central Registry of Business Undertakings or from a document on registration with another competent authority, or name and last name of a natural person from the personal identity card, passport or other relevant personal identity document. For non-resident, the name of a legal person shall be entered from the excerpt from the registry in which it is entered, or, if it is established in a country where entry is not made in such a Central registry, from another valid document of incorporation, in accordance with the regulations of the country of the head office, or, for natural person, the name and last name of that person from the personal identity card, passport or other appropriate personal identity document.

3. The municipality where the head office of the legal person or entrepreneur - resident who is deposit holder is located (three characters): The municipality code shall be entered from the Codebook of municipalities and territories of Montenegro determined by the competent authority.

4. A place where the head office of a legal person or an entrepreneur, or habitual residence of a natural person - resident is located or a place and the state where the head office of a legal person or habitual residence of a natural person - non-resident who is deposit holder is located (up to 35 characters): For resident, the name of a place in Montenegro where the head office of a legal person or an entrepreneur is located, or the habitual residence of a natural person shall be entered. For non-resident, the name of a place and the state of the head office of a legal person, or the name of the state of habitual residence of a natural person shall be entered.

5. Designation of the head office of a legal person or an entrepreneur, i.e. the habitual residence of a natural person who is deposit holder (up to two alphabetic characters): Country code (two alphabetic characters) which represents a unique identification sign, defined by the ISO 3166-1 standard shall be entered.

6. Head office and address of a legal person or entrepreneur, i.e. Habitual residence and address of a natural person (up to 150 characters): For residents, address of the head office of a legal person or an entrepreneur, or address of habitual residence of a natural person shall be entered. For non-residents, head office and address of a legal person, or address of habitual residence and address of a natural person and temporary residence and address of a natural person in Montenegro shall be entered, where applicable.

7. The registration number of a legal person, the registration number or unique master number of an entrepreneur or unique master number of a natural person - resident, or identification number of a legal person or a natural person - non-resident who is deposit holder shall be entered (up to 20 characters): For a resident, the registration number of a legal person shall be entered, which as a rule corresponds to the tax identification number, registration number or unique master number of an entrepreneur or unique master number of a natural person, namely: For the registration number of a legal person - eight numeric characters; For the registration number or unique master number of the entrepreneur – eight or 13 numeric characters; For the unique master number of the natural person – 13 numeric characters. For non-resident legal person, the number from the excerpt from the registry in which it is registered or the number from other valid document of incorporation shall be entered, and for non-resident natural person, passport identification number or the number from other appropriate personal identity document of a that person shall be entered.

8. Tax identification number (TIN) of a legal person or entrepreneur who is deposit holder: For resident, tax identification number (TIN) of a legal person or an entrepreneur shall be entered as follows: for legal person - eight numeric characters, and for entrepreneurs - eight or 13 numeric characters, For non-resident, where applicable, tax identification number (TIN) of a legal person shall be entered - eight numeric characters.

9. Type and number of the valid personal identity document for natural persons:

• code “1” – personal identity card or other appropriate personal identity document of the resident;
• code “2” - passport of the resident;
• code "3" – personal identity card or other appropriate personal identity document of the non-resident;
• code “4” - passport of the non-resident; The number, or the alphanumeric code from the personal identity document shall be entered. 10.Country of issuance of a valid personal identity document (up to two characters):

Country code (two alphabetic characters) which represents a unique identification sign, defined by the ISO 3166-1 standard shall be entered. 11.Designation of the deposit holder (one character): The following shall be entered: − “0” for legal person - resident; − “1” for entrepreneur - resident; − “2” for joint account; − “3” for natural person - resident; − “4” for legal person - non-resident; − “5” for natural person - non-resident; 12.Number of the account, or the sub-account where the deposit is kept from the cash deposit contract (up to 35 characters); 13.The date of contract on cash deposit (10 characters): Information on the date of the framework contract on cash deposit shall be entered. In the first two places a day is entered, the next two places serve for the month, and the last four places for the year with the obligatory dots after each of the day and the month (in the format DD.MM.YYYY). 14.The date of termination of contract on cash deposit (10 characters): Information on the date of the termination of term deposit contract shall be entered. In the first two places a day is entered, the next two places serve for the month, and the last four places for the year with the obligatory dots after each of the day and the month (in the format DD.MM.YYYY). 15.The date of opening an account, or the sub-account where the demand deposit or term deposit is kept; 16.The date of closing an account, or the sub-account where the demand deposit or term deposit is kept; 17.The time period for which the cash deposit contract is valid (three characters): The number of months for which the cash deposit contract was concluded. 18.Deposit status (one character): The following shall be entered: − “0” - active; − “1” - for the prohibition of disposing; − “2” - termination of the cash deposit contract; 19.Deposit type (one character): The following shall be entered: − “0”– demand; − “1”– term; 20.Currency symbol (three characters): The three-letter code of the currency in accordance with the ISO 4217 international standard in which the funds are deposited shall be entered.

21. Date of change (10 characters): Date of change of data with regard to the deposit shall be entered as follows, In the first two places a day is entered, the next two places serve for the month, and the last four places for the year with the obligatory dots after each of the day and the month (in the format DD.MM.YYYY).
22. Type of change (1 character): The following shall be entered: − “0” - new cash deposit contract; − “1” - change of data; − “9” - termination of the cash deposit contract. 23.Name and surname of the natural person authorised to dispose of funds from the deposit (up to 105 characters): For a natural person - resident, the name and surname of that person from the personal identity card or passport. For a natural person - non-resident, the name and surname of that person from the passport or other appropriate personal identity document. 24.The unique master number of a natural person - resident, or the identification number from the personal identity card, passport or other appropriate personal identity document of a natural person - non-resident authorised to dispose of funds (up to 20 characters).
23. Type and number of the valid personal identity document for natural persons:

• code “1” – personal identity card or other appropriate personal identity document of the resident;
• code “2” - passport of the resident;
• code "3" – personal identity card or other appropriate personal identity document of the non-resident;
• code “4” - passport of the non-resident; The number, or the alphanumeric code from the personal identity document shall be entered. 26.Country of issuance of a valid identity document of a person authorised to dispose of funds (up to two characters): Country code (two alphabetic characters) which represents a unique identification sign, defined by the ISO 3166-1 standard shall be entered. 27.Habitual residence and address of a natural person (up to 150 characters): For residents, habitual residence and address of the natural person shall be entered, For non-residents, address of habitual residence and address of a natural person and temporary residence and address of a natural person in Montenegro shall be entered, where applicable.

The accounts referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, where demand deposits and term deposits are kept, do not allow for the provision of payment services. Information on safe deposit boxes Article 5 The following data on leased safe deposit boxes shall be entered into the Central Registry:

1. Safe deposit box number: The number of the safe deposit box under which the safe deposit box is kept at the credit institution shall be entered.
2. The registration number of a legal person, the registration number or unique master number of an entrepreneur or unique master number of a natural person

• resident, or identification number of a legal person or a natural person - non￾resident user of a safe deposit box shall be entered (up to 20 characters): For resident, the registration number of a legal person which, as a rule, corresponds to tax identification number, the registration number or a unique master number of an entrepreneur or a unique master number of a natural person shall be entered as follows: for registration number of a legal person - eight numeric characters, for registration number or unique master number of an entrepreneur - eight or 13 numeric characters, for unique master number of a natural person - 13 numeric characters. For non-resident legal person, the number from the excerpt from the registry in which it is registered or the number from other valid document of incorporation shall be entered, and for non-resident natural person, passport identification number or the number from other appropriate personal identity document of a natural person - non-resident shall be entered.

3. Tax identification number (TIN) of a legal person or an entrepreneur – resident, or tax identification number (TIN) of a legal person - non-resident user of the safe deposit box: For resident, tax identification number (TIN) of a legal person or an entrepreneur shall be entered as follows: for legal person - eight numeric characters, and for entrepreneurs - eight or 13 numeric characters, For non-resident, where applicable, tax identification number (TIN) of a legal person shall be entered - eight numeric characters.
4. Full name of a legal person or an entrepreneur or name and last name of a natural person - resident or full name of a legal person or name and last name of natural person - non-resident user of the safe deposit box (up to 105 characters): For resident, the name of a legal person or an entrepreneur shall be entered from the administrative decision on registration into the Central Registry of Business Undertakings or from a document on registration with another competent authority, or name and last name of a natural person from the personal identity card or a passport.

For non-resident, the name of a legal person shall be entered from the excerpt from the registry in which it is entered, or, if it is established in a country where entry is not made in such a Central Registry, from another valid document of incorporation, in accordance with the regulations of the country of the head office, or, for natural person, the name and last name of that person from the passport or other appropriate personal identity document. 5. The municipality where the head office of the legal person or entrepreneur - resident who is the user of the safe deposit box (three characters): The municipality code shall be entered from the Codebook of municipalities and territory of Montenegro determined by the competent authority. 6. A place where the head office of a legal person or an entrepreneur, or habitual residence of a natural person - resident is located or a place and the state where the head office of a legal person or habitual residence of a natural person - non￾resident who is the user of the safe deposit box is located (up to 35 characters): For resident, the name of a place in Montenegro where the head office of a legal person or an entrepreneur is located, or the habitual residence of a natural person shall be entered. For non-resident, the name of a place and the state of the head office of a legal person, or the name of the state of habitual residence of a natural person shall be entered. 7. Designation of the country of the head office of the legal person or entrepreneur, i.e., the habitual residence of the natural person who is the user of the safe deposit box (up to two characters): Country code (two alphabetic characters) which represents a unique identification sign, defined by the ISO 3166-1 standard shall be entered. 8. Head office and address of a legal person or entrepreneur, i.e., habitual residence and address of a natural person (up to 150 characters): For residents, address of the head office of a legal person or an entrepreneur, or address of habitual residence of a natural person shall be entered. For non-residents, head office and address of a legal person, or address of habitual residence and address of a natural person and temporary residence and address of a natural person in Montenegro shall be entered, where applicable. 9. Type and number of the valid personal identity document for natural persons:

• code “1” – personal identity card or other appropriate personal identity document of the resident;
• code “2” - passport of the resident;
• code "3" – personal identity card or other appropriate personal identity document of the non-resident;
• code “4” - passport of the non-resident; The number, or the alphanumeric code from the personal identity document shall be entered. 10.Country of issuance of a valid personal identity document (up to two characters):

Country code (two alphabetic characters) which represents a unique identification sign, defined by the ISO 3166-1 standard shall be entered. 11.Designation of the deposit holder (one character): The following shall be entered: − “0” for legal person - resident; − “1” for entrepreneur - resident; − “3” for natural person - resident; − “4” for legal person - non-resident, − “5” for natural person - non-resident; 12.The date of contract on leasing the safe deposit box (10 characters): Information on the date of concluding the contract on leasing the safe deposit box shall be entered. In the first two places a day is entered, the next two places serve for the month, and the last four places for the year with the obligatory dots after each of the day and the month (in the format DD.MM.YYYY). 13.The date of termination of the contract on leasing the safe deposit box (10 characters): Information on the date of termination or expiry of the contract on leasing the safe deposit box shall be entered. In the first two places a day is entered, the next two places serve for the month, and the last four places for the year with the obligatory dots after each of the day and the month (in the format DD.MM.YYYY). 14.The time period for which the contract on leasing the safe deposit box is valid (three characters): The number of months for which the contract on leasing the safe deposit box was concluded. 15.Date of change (10 characters): Date of change of data with regard to the leased safe deposit boxes shall be entered, In the first two places a day is entered, the next two places serve for the month, and the last four places for the year with the obligatory dots after each of the day and the month (in the format DD.MM.YYYY). 16.Status of the leased safe deposit box (one character): The following shall be entered: − “0” - active; − “1” - for the prohibition of disposing; − “2” - termination of the contract on safe deposit box, or the actual use of the safe deposit box; 17.Type of change (1 character): The following shall be entered: − - “0” - new leased safe deposit box; − “1”- change of data, − “9” - closed.

18.Name and surname of a natural person - resident or name and surname of a natural person - non-resident authorised to access the safe deposit box (up to 105 characters): For a natural person - resident, the name and surname of that person from the personal identity card or passport. For a natural person - non-resident, the name and surname of that person from the passport or other appropriate personal identity document. 19.The unique master number of a natural person - resident, that is, the identification number from the personal identity card, passport or other appropriate personal identity document of a natural person - non-resident authorised to access the safe deposit box (up to 20 characters). 20.Type and number of the valid personal identity document for natural persons:

• code “1” – personal identity card or other appropriate personal identity document of the resident;
• code “2” - passport of the resident;
• code "3" – personal identity card or other appropriate personal identity document of the non-resident;
• code “4” - passport of the non-resident; The number, or the alphanumeric code from the personal identity document shall be entered. 21.Country of issuance of a valid identity document of a person authorised to access the safe deposit box (up to two characters): Country code (two alphabetic characters) which represents a unique identification sign, defined by the ISO 3166-1 standard shall be entered. 22.Habitual residence and address of a natural person (up to 150 characters): For residents, habitual residence and address of the natural person shall be entered, For non-residents, address of habitual residence and address of a natural person and temporary residence and address of a natural person in Montenegro shall be entered, where applicable. Obligation to provide data Article 6 Credit institutions shall submit data on opened transaction accounts, demand deposits and term deposits and leased safe deposit boxes, data on changes to these data and data on cancellation of transaction accounts, termination of deposits and termination of leases of safe deposit boxes to the Central Bank by means of a message in electronic form. Credit institutions shall be responsible for the accuracy of the data they submit in accordance with this Decision.

Where the Central Bank determines that the information referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article contains an error, it shall notify the credit institution thereof by means of a message in electronic form. Messages referred to in paragraphs 1 and 3 of this Article shall be provided in Annex 1, which makes an integral part of this Decision. Confirmation of the receipt of data and the beginning of using the new transaction account Article 7 The Central Bank shall deliver to the credit institution a confirmation that it has received the data on the transaction account and that these data are technically correct, by means of a message in electronic form. The Central Bank shall deliver to the credit institution a confirmation that it has received data on the transaction account, demand deposit and term deposit, or leased safe deposit box, by means of a message in electronic form. Messages referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article shall be provided in Annex 2, which makes an integral part of this Decision. Payment transactions shall not be made through a new transaction account until the credit institution receives the confirmation referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article. Checking the consistency of data Article 8 The Central Bank shall update the data in the Central Registry with the data provided by the credit institutions referred to in Article 6 paragraph 1 of this Decision. The Central Bank shall be responsible for the consistency of data in the Central Registry with the data submitted by the credit institutions referred to in Article 6 paragraph 1 of this Decision. Application Article 9 The provisions of Articles 6 to 8 of this Decision shall also apply, in an appropriate manner, to transaction accounts that are opened, kept and terminated by the Central Bank for legal persons. Data access Article 10 The data from the Central Registry that relate to data on transaction accounts of legal persons and entrepreneurs shall be published on the website of the Central Bank. The transaction account number and other data from the Central Registry relating to natural persons, data on demand deposits and term deposits and data on leased safe deposit boxes shall not be publicly available, except to the holder or a person authorised for the disposal of funds from the transaction account, the holder or a person authorised

for the disposal of funds from a demand deposit or a term deposit and the lessee of the safe deposit box or a person authorised to access the safe deposit box, at their request, as well as to other persons in accordance with the law. The Central Bank shall, upon the request of the interested party, issue an overview of the information on requested transaction accounts referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article. The Central Bank may issue the overview of data referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article in hard copy or electronic format in accordance with the request for submission of those information. Electronic access to data Article 11 Public enforcement officers and other persons who, in accordance with the Law, have the right to access the data from the Central Registry that are not publicly available, may access that information electronically in accordance with the conditions and the manner determined by the user instruction of the Central Bank. The Central Bank shall publish the instruction referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article on its website. Treatment of transaction account data Article 12 On the day of application of this Decision, the data on transaction accounts entered in the Central Registry of Transaction Accounts on the basis of the Decision on the Central Registry of Transaction Accounts (OGM 47/23) shall become the data of the Central Registry established in accordance with this Decision. Deadline for data submission Article 13 Credit institutions shall submit additional data related to transaction accounts, data on demand deposits and term deposits and leased safe deposit boxes, which were opened or contracted before the start of application of this Decision, to the Central Bank to be entered into the Central Registry within eight days starting from the date of application of this Decision. Notwithstanding Article 6 of this Decision, credit institutions may submit data referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article in a special format determined by the Central Bank. Repealed regulation Article 14 As from the commencement date of application of this Decision, the Decision on the Central Registry of Transaction Accounts (OGM 047/23) shall be repealed.

Article 15 This Decision shall enter into force on the eighth day following that of its publication in the Official Gazette of Montenegro, and it shall apply as of 1 November 2024. THE COUNCIL OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF MONTENEGRO
