Analyzing survey data from thirty-one institutions across ten jurisdictions, the document outlines how these mechanisms affect operational resilience and enable orderly wind-downs. The Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency mandates that all banks review the guidance to optimize their internal support frameworks and crisis preparedness.
