Cayman Islands Monetary Authority Decision Notice – Cancellation of Greenhouse Offshore Fund Registration
The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority has cancelled the mutual fund registration of Greenhouse Offshore Fund effective 14 August 2018. The cancellation follows the Fund's failure to submit required audited accounts for 2014 through 2017 and pay outstanding annual registration fees and penalties. CIMA determined that the Fund is likely unable to meet its obligations and has not been directed or managed in a fit and proper manner.
