Board of Directors Decision No. (88) of 2019
The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) issued Board Decision No. 88 of 2019 to dissolve the current board of directors of the Private Insurance Fund for Employees of Judicial Bodies and Their Auxiliary Agencies. The decision appoints an interim five-member board, comprising representatives from the Ministry of Justice, Forensic Medicine Authority, Administrative Prosecution, State Council, and Prosecutions and Courts, to serve for one year or until a permanent board is elected. The interim board is mandated to collect fund revenues, disburse member benefits, prepare 2018 final accounts, and convene a general assembly to elect a permanent board in compliance with established governance standards.
