Regulation on the Solidarity Fund for Victims of Extortion and Usury, pursuant to Article 21 of Law No. 44 of 23 February 1999
The President of the Republic of Italy issued Presidential Decree No. 455 of 16 August 1999 to establish the Solidarity Fund for victims of extortion and usury requests.
