Revoking the Pawnshop Activities License No. PA-Y 271 Granted to Pawnshop “Art Credit” LLC

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Paragraph 22 of the “Procedure on Licensing Pawnshop Activities in the Republic of Armenia” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 32-N, dated February 3, 2017; Whereas on February 3, 2025 the pawnshop “Art Credit”, a Limited Liability Company, filed an application to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, requesting to terminate its pawnshop activity license; In view of the conclusion (Minutes No. 7, dated February 19, 2025) issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

E n a c t s:

Revoke the Pawnshop Activity License No. PA-Y 271 granted to the pawnshop “Art Credit” LLC under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 58A, dated March 19, 2013.

Publish the concluding part of this resolution on the website of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia through the CBA Public Relations Service, aimed at safeguarding the interests of, and ensuring due notification to, the customers of the pawnshop “Art Credit”, a Limited Liability Company.

This resolution to enter into force upon its registration with the pawnshop “Art Credit”, a Limited Liability Company, or on the day following its delivery to an authorized representative of the pawnshop “Art Credit” LLC, in the prescribed manner.
