Decision repealing the Decision on carrying out the enforcement collection from the judgment debtor’s account
The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro issued this decision to repeal the previous regulation regarding enforcement collection from judgment debtor accounts. The repealed decision, originally published in the Official Gazette, is formally annulled effective 26 March 2012. This new decision enters into force on the eighth day following its publication in the Official Gazette of Montenegro.
