Inversiones Globales Estratégicas, S.A. de C.V. announces the public offering of its BAES-NXX income token, approved by the National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD). The issuance comprises 4,000,000 tokens backed by future cash flows from the commercialization of 60 ofibodegas within the NEXXUS Centro Empresarial project. The offering is scheduled to commence on April 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., with the issuer and payment service provider registered under CNAD numbers EAD-0012 and PSAD-0035 respectively.
PUBLIC OFFERING NOTICE FOR DIGITAL ASSETS
Inversiones Globales Estratégicas, S.A. de C.V., in its capacity as issuer of digital assets, informs the general public that on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, starting at 9:00 a.m., it will issue the Public Offering of its income token "BAES-NXX".
The issuance totals 4,000,000 tokens. This digital asset will have as its underlying asset the future cash flows generated from the commercialization of the 60 ofibodegas that make up the NEXXUS Centro Empresarial project. The public offering has been duly approved by the National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD), under registry entry AD-00027.
