Decree No. 16/2021 – Mandatory Installation and Provision of POS Terminals
The Government of São Tomé and Príncipe issued Decree No. 16/2021 to mandate the installation and provision of dobra24 POS terminals by public, state-participated, and private commercial entities operating within the national territory.
