CL-2024-012: Lost Bangko Sentral Registration Documents (BSRDs)
The Office of the Managing Director of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued Circular Letter CL-2024-012 to all authorized agent banks regarding lost registration documents for Charoen Pokphand Foods Philippines Corporation. The circular identifies specific Foreign Investor Registration Numbers A018436-DE and A018437-DE as reported lost and applied for replacement. Banks are instructed not to honor these documents if found and presented for foreign exchange transactions, pursuant to Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions.
