Circular CSSF 23/834 — Mandatory use of the IMAS Portal for certain supervisory processes

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) issued Circular 23/834 to mandate the use of the IMAS Portal for specific supervisory processes. This regulation repeals previous circulars regarding qualifying holding notifications and fit and proper applications for significant credit institutions. It requires regulated entities to submit these designated notifications and applications exclusively through the IMAS Portal.
